Location: the hotel was short walk to the train and bus terminal, transtiation / subway / bus stops and the airport and other destinations. Everything was really good, including complimentary and healthy breakfast for many different nationalities.

Covenient to train station, well priced and central.Clean and good facilities. Just what we were after for the week end.
Shower doors not the best to control. Water leaked onto the floor. Cleaning could be a bit better. In room 408, there were several food crumbs under single chair cushion and some sticky substance on the window side bed side table.

Exellent location, 5 minutes by foot from Termini railway station. In spite of the close location to the railway station it was very quietly. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, small neat rooms.Very good breakfast.

Great spot in the city!
Rooms were super modern and clean, cozy beds too! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic but enough to fill us up for a while. Loved how close we were to Termini and the fine Santa Maria basilica nearby. Only wish the dining options were better on-site.

I've been with my wife at Fiamma, last year and it was our 1st option of hotel being back in Rome. Nice and cleam rooms. Near the main train station is one of the great detail about it. As explained by the reception, there's no double bed in the hotel and, when it is requested, they connect two single beds to make one double, but sometimes mattress are not in the same level, what is not good for a couple.
Last year, we informed several times to the reception desk that tv control was not ok. After 3 days with no solution, we gave up to use it. This year, the couple of friends that was in another room informed to the reception desk the air conditioning was not ok. They didn't try to check anything, just moved the shoulders and said that it had to wait for the tecnician the other day. Reception team seems to don't care about guests requests.

We were being assigned to stay in a room with poor condition during the first day. It was old, deep and there was no remote control for the air-conditioner, so we were freezing cold throughout the night. The receptionist quickly got us to change to a new room instead when we asked for a remote. Thumbs up for the new room. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was very near to Termini Station, and there were a lot restaurants around that area.
The attitude of the waitress during breakfast was a bit dissapointing, but all these were forgivable probably because they were too busy. We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights so we got quite bored of the breakfast which was lack of variety. Other than that was good!

Great Stay with Minor Flaws
We enjoyed our time here, particularly the convenient 24/7 reception and the lovely dinner on our first night, a lifesaver after a long travel day. The room décor had a modern flair and offered daily cleaning, but fresh towels daily would have made it perfect.

Quite frankly, there was nothing about the hotel which can be praised except its location (it was close to Roma Termini station).
We reached at 1:15 pm for check-in (www.Booked.net said the check-in time was 1:00 pm) and the hotel staff refused to give us a room before 2:00pm. They asked us to leave our baggage and go for sightseeing. The common utility area had no light and the overall structure was age-old. We went to the nearby train station to collect info and returned at 2:30 pm when we were allotted a room. We went up to the 4th floor to find out that the room was still not ready, bed was still slept-in and the bathroom was dirty. We informed about the same to the staff and were allotted another room. When we checked-in that room, we found that none of the power points were working. We were allotted another room :p This room was so small and the bathroom was even more conjusted. The basin, pot and the wash-pot were so conjusted that while walking, one thing or the other would touch :( The staff was rude and lazy. All in all, a very bad experience.

It is perfectly located right next to Termini, close to any means of transportation, yet in a very quiet street. The room was much bigger than it looked in the photos on the internet, clean sheets, clean and quite large bathroom. The breakfast was rich enough to meet the most various expectations.
Indeed the people from the reception were not the friendliest or most cheerful faces, but nothing major to complain about. The reception area is rather degraded, but once I got in my room, I breathed in relief as my room was in a much better state.

We had a lovely stay with a comfy double room and enjoyed the rare little balcony for some fresh air. The relaxing pool and soothing spa options were perfect after our busy days of sightseeing. The only downside was some noise from the street at times, but it didn’t spoil our experience at all! 😊

The hotel is well located 5 min walking from Termini Station where you can take metro, bus, train and all transportation. The breakfast is very full and varied if you stay more than 6 nights in Rome, it had various cereals and juices, as four types of ham, salami, various kinds of natural fruits in syrup, various types such as stuffed croissant creams, chocolate , jams and others attending staff very attentive at breakfast you had hot coffee and freshly baked breads and also had regular bread. As for the rooms were spacious, with air conditioning each day the room was cleaned and restocked as needed bath. The elevator in the morning did not keep up and sometimes had to walk down the stairs once but damage was repaired the same day.
Las alfombras de la habitación se mojaban con agua que caía del aire acondicionado y muchas veces al llegar de los paseos olia mucho a humedad y a mi esposa le provocaba alergía. The carpets in the room was sprayed with water falling from the air conditioning and often arrival of the rides smelled very musty and it caused allergy to my wife
